Theresa Kistulinec-Foglizzo founded Tareka Consulting based on her extensive knowledge of the art industry, her passion for art and her desire to assist individuals as well as businesses in making informed decisions when selecting appropriate art works for their collections or projects.

Bio — Terie Foglizzo

Terie, a native of New York, USA, offers clients not only art expertise, but sound financial knowledge. Before setting up her art consultancy, Terie worked for international banks in both New York and Moscow.

While living in Moscow for 4 years, she traveled extensively throughout Russia and Central Asia and collected numerous paintings and objets d'art.

Terie has been living in Paris, France for the last 9 years. While living in Paris, she graduated from Christies Fine Art program, giving her extensive historical and practical knowledge of Paris as one of the world centers of fine art.

She speaks fluent French.
